Our Mission Statement

The purposes of this organization are:


​First: To present live theatre productions for the cultural education, entertainment, and inspiration of the community.


​Second: To foster and develop, through theatrical workshops and other appropriate means, the artistic talents and skills of adults and young people in the community.

Especially for those who might not have the funds or opportunity to pursue their interest in the performing arts.​


Third: To engage in and subsidize social activities designed to foster the foregoing purposes of the organization as limited by the laws.


Fourth: To take live theatrical productions to locations that lack access to quality live performances.

Jaycie M. Cohen, Founder/Artistic Director

​

Jaycie is a graduate of DSOA majoring in musical theatre. They received a BFA from Stetson University in Theatre Arts with a concentration in directing. Jaycie has directed over 22 shows, including but not limited to The Lion King Jr, James And The Giant Peach, Legally Blond, The Addams Family and Matilda. Jaycie has served as assistant director, stage manager, props, lighting and sound tech on several other productions. They teach theatre at a local high school for the performing arts Gstar, Artist in residence at Plumosa School of the arts, and is a co-owner of Mercury Entertainment LLC, a talent management company as well as the artistic director of Theatre Arts Productions, Inc.

Tiffany Haas, Board Member

​

Tiffany played Glinda in the Broadway production of Wicked.  Prior to her Broadway role, Tiffany wowed audiences nationwide portraying the ever-popular Glinda with the Wicked National Tour.  She also toured as the dance captain for the Tony Award winning musical The Drowsy Chaperone.  Occasionally coming down from her “bubble”, she regularly performs with symphony orchestras and cabaret venues throughout the country.  She also leads master classes in association with many of their prestigious classical music programs.  Having a passion for teaching, Tiffany is a guest teacher for numerous colleges, conservatories, performing arts schools, summer intensives, and is the guest teacher and performer for the Music Teachers Association of California this summer.  Tiffany is currently the Artistic Program Director and vocal coach for Destination Broadway, a summer teaching intensive for aspiring young performers held in in New York City.  www.destinationbroadway.org.  She will work with vocal students daily.  Tiffany studied Opera and Musical Theater at the Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music receiving her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree.  During her time in Cincinnati, she won the title of Miss Ohio 2002 and went on to compete in the Miss America Pageant in Atlantic City.  Tiffany’s concert Cheek to Cheek: A Broadway Romance, which she co-created with Broadway leading man Michael McCorry Rose, features music from the Great American Songbook and debuted to sold-out crowds in New York City.  The concert is currently making appearances at cabarets and symphonies across the country.  If performing wasn’t enough, Tiffany is a designer and entrepreneur.  She is preparing to launch “FullBeat by Tiffany Haas” line of cosmetic bags, handbags and accessories, soon to be presented by a select number of chic merchants and boutiques.  Tiffany’s highly anticipated book “Waiting In The Wings” will be released in April, 2019. It teaches readers, “ How to launch your performing arts career on Broadway and beyond.”

Dave McMahan, Board Member

​

Dave was born in Dayton, Ohio and graduated from the Ohio Institute of Photography. He has been in the photography field for over 25 years and in the dance/modeling/acting industry for over 15 years.  Dave strives to stay ahead of the trends and is a very popular photographer traveling all over the country to shoot models, actors and dancers. Whether creating still images or capturing high-definition video fusion, Dave’s unique style focuses on custom and stylized imagery. He  take pride in creating an atmosphere that is relaxed yet fun so your vision shines through in all  images.  He has become a pioneer in underwater photography and has had work shown in galleries in Palm Beach County and the Stetson Museum in DeLand, Florida.

Terry L. Reed, President

​

Terry began working at the age of fourteen when he and his mother purchased a neighborhood store that included a soda fountain/luncheonette across from the local  high school in Canton, OH. He graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park where he studied planning, community development and government.  During his career in government and the non-profit sector he has served as a Director, Commissioner, Senior Grant Developer and Consultant. He recently retired as a High School sports official. He also has a real estate license and does a little acting.

Marlo Cohen, Company Manager/Treasurer

​

Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Marlo began her acting career at an early age. She performed on Broadway, in educational films, commercials and appeared in many print ads. Marlo received her Bachelor of Science degree from Brooklyn College and her Master’s from Adelphi University. She has studied with many industry professionals in LA, Florida and NYC. She has also taught and conducted many seminars and workshops in South Florida and Los Angeles. Marlo is a talent manager for Mercury Entertainment LLC, representing talent in Florida, Atlanta, NY, and LA. She is also a talented special fx’s makeup artist, with several film credits. She conducts special effects makeup workshops and classes. She has performed in and directed local theatre. Marlo also is a substitute teacher in the Palm Beach County School District mainly in the area of performing arts and is the Artist in residence at Plumosa School of the Arts.

Mark Fetterly, Board Member

​

Mark Fetterly is the Director of Theatre and manages events in the auditorium at Wellington High School. A teacher beginning his 18th year with Palm Beach County Schools, Mark previously managed theatre programs at Santaluces, Palm Beach Lakes and Boynton Beach high schools. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Theatre from Florida State University and has taught locally at the Kravis Center, Armory Art Center and Lake Worth Playhouse
